We are located in the Tirupati Society in Dehgam, right across from the Saibaba Temple. If you are near Nehru Chokdi, you’ve probably seen our sign. We have units 51, 52, and 53, so we have a bit of space to work in. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans for quite a long time now. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or folks from the surrounding villages in Gandhinagar district. We don’t use any of those fancy automated systems that talk to you like a robot. When you come here, you just sit down and talk to one of us. We try to find the best way for you to get where you’re going without making it too complicated. Sometimes the buses are late or the trains are full, and we have to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix things. It’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be some massive global agency. We just like helping people see new places or visit their families. The office gets quite busy during the holiday seasons, and it can feel a bit cramped with everyone talking at once. We usually have some snacks to share and plenty of water for anyone waiting. It’s a friendly place and we try to treat everyone with a bit of respect. That’s just how we do things here in Dehgam. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay.
