Prakash Traders

Prakash Traders is over in Deesa, which is part of the Banaskantha district. We are located right near Sivaji Restaurant. That restaurant is a popular spot, so we often have people stopping by our place after they have had their lunch. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise from the street. Our office is quite simple. We have a few wooden desks and some old shelves for our records. We don't believe in spending money on fancy furniture when the old stuff works just fine. We have been trading in this area for many years. Most of our customers are locals who we have known for a long time. We don't have a computer system for everything; we still do a lot of our bookkeeping by hand in large ledgers. It takes a bit more time, but it’s the way we’ve always done it. Deesa is a good town for a business like ours because there is always something happening in the market. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the Banaskantha plains, but we just shut the doors and keep working. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the business well. We show up every day, take care of our clients, and go home. There isn't much more to it than that. It’s just a regular local shop.
