At Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd., we stay pretty busy with all kinds of building and road construction projects. Our main office is located right in the Agrawal Complex. It is the kind of place where you will always hear people talking about cement prices, steel supplies, and upcoming deadlines. We have engineers coming in and out at all hours, usually covered in a bit of dust from visiting a work site. The phones in the office ring almost constantly. It can get quite loud when everyone is trying to coordinate where the heavy equipment needs to go next. We do not really have time to make the office look pretty or modern because we are too focused on the actual construction work happening outside. Most of the desks are covered in blueprints and big rolled-up charts. It has been this way for many years now. We started as a much smaller outfit and grew over time, but the way we actually work has not changed much at all. We just want to get the job done properly so that the structures we build are safe. There is a lot of pressure when you are building things like roads that the public uses every day. We take the work seriously, but we do not feel the need to boast about it. We are just a local team based in the complex, handling one project after another.
