Jay Bhirav Electricals

Our shop, Jay Bhirav Electricals, is right by the R. T. O Check Post in Moti Akhol, Banaskantha. Being near the check post means there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Trucks rumble past all day, kicking up dust that settles on our shelves. We’re constantly wiping down the boxes of switches and lightbulbs. It’s a simple setup. We have a few counters and a lot of stock piled up behind them. Local farmers and truckers often stop in when something breaks down or they need a new part for their house or vehicle. We don't have air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that wobbles a little. Most of our days are spent talking to people who are just passing through or neighbors from Moti Akhol. It’s a hot area, so we keep a water cooler near the door for anyone who’s thirsty. Sometimes the inventory is a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. We don’t do any fancy advertising. People just see our sign when they’re waiting at the check post. We’ve got a small bench outside where we sit during slow times to watch the vehicles go by. It’s honest, steady work here in Banaskantha. We just try to help out whoever walks through the door at the check post. It's often dusty but we like the pace of things here. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next customer.
