Shri Vajrang Polytechine College

Shri Vajrang Polytechine College is located in Deeg, which is in the Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. Deeg is known for its palaces, but we’re just a regular technical college situated here. We have different workshops and labs for the students to get their hands on tools and machinery. The Rajasthan heat can be pretty intense in the summer, so we try to keep the workshops as ventilated as possible. Our building is a simple structure that fits in with the local surroundings. You won't find any fancy glass facades here. Instead, you'll find classrooms with chalkboards and long tables for drawing and technical work. The students come from all over the local area, often traveling by bus or bike to get here on time. We spend our days managing schedules and making sure the equipment is working like it should. Sometimes parts for the machines take a while to arrive from the city, but we manage. The staff room is usually a mess of papers and tea cups, which is a sign of how much work is going on. We don't really have a public relations team. Most people know us because someone they know studied here or they live just down the road. It’s a practical place for people who want to learn a trade or get a technical diploma. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and helping the students finish their courses.
