Someshwara Realtech India Private

Our office for Someshwara Realtech India Private is located in Davanagere, over in Mothi Doddappa Layout. We are on the first floor at Door No.1679. Davanagere is a different pace compared to the bigger cities, and we like it that way. The layout is mostly quiet, but we get our share of visitors. To get to us, you have to go up a narrow flight of stairs. The office has a lot of natural light coming in during the afternoon, which is nice until it gets too hot. We have a couple of ceiling fans that stay on all day. Most of our work involves real estate in the local area. We keep our records in physical files mostly, though we use the computer for the main stuff. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes stand to watch the street. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a water cooler that always seems to be running low. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t found the time. It feels like a lived-in space. We know most of the people who live in the surrounding houses. It’s not a place for big corporate talk. We just discuss business plainly and honestly. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through documents or on the phone with someone about a plot of land. It is just a regular local office.
