Down here in Dandigenahalli, things move at their own pace. We are based out of this spot near T.G. Halli Post in the Channagiri Taluk. Being in Davangere District means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, which is fine by us. The roads can be a bit dusty depending on the season, especially when the harvest is happening. Our office isn't anything flashy, just a solid place to work from in the middle of the greenery. You have to follow the local signs to find the post office first, and then we aren't far. The pin code is 577213 if you are sending mail. We do a lot of our work locally, so the people around here know who we are. It’s mostly just us sitting around the big table trying to figure out the week's schedule. Karnataka weather is usually okay, but it gets warm in the afternoons. We have a small fan that works most of the time. We don’t bother with the high-end stuff because it isn't needed for what we do here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn't happened yet. We’re just regular folks working on building projects. We mostly focus on getting the site visits done and coming back here to finish the logs. It’s a quiet life in Channagiri and we like the practical nature of the setup.
