Even though the name mentions Bangalore, we spend our time in the Harihar taluk of Davanagere. Ramesh H.S. runs the show here, and the office is part of the family place, Sri Karaveerakrupa. It’s a more relaxed environment than the city. We are situated in a spot where people know your father’s name, like Ramesh’s father H. Subbanachar. It gives the business a very local, personal touch. We deal with systems and technical stuff, but we talk about it in plain English. There is no need for big words here. Davanagere is famous for its food, and we definitely take our lunch breaks seriously. The work involves a lot of thinking and troubleshooting, which can be tiring, but it's satisfying when things finally click into place. We don't have a giant HR team or a marketing person. It's just a few of us making sure the clients are sorted. The house is usually busy with family and work life overlapping. You might hear a television in the background or someone cooking while we are looking at technical files. That is just how we operate. It's a bit unconventional if you're used to those glass buildings in Bangalore, but it works for us. We stay busy, we treat people right, and we enjoy the quieter pace of life in this part of Karnataka. It’s a decent way to make a living without all the stress.
