Hotriya Resource Management

Hotriya Resource Management is located over in Davangere, specifically on 17th Cross Police Station Road. Shwetha Hallad is usually around managing the day-to-day things at 1866/48 in Vidyanagar. It’s a busy street, especially being so close to the police station. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. People come to us when they are looking for work or when they need to find someone to fill a spot at their business. It involves a lot of reading through resumes and making sure details are correct. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Davangere is a good place to be, and being in Vidyanagar means we are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we just turn up the fan and keep going. We don't have a big corporate team, it’s just a local operation. We try to be helpful when people walk in off the street. There’s no dress code really, we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It’s a lot of matching people with the right roles and hoping it all works out for them. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s just us doing what we can to keep things organized.
