Our small office for Hirimane Developers Llp is tucked away in Shivkumarswamy Badavane. You can find us at 1389/32 on the 3rd Main, right near the 13th Cross. Davangere is where we have lived and worked for a long time. It is a place that feels like home to everyone on the team. We spend our days looking at land and figuring out how to develop it into something useful for the community. There are always lots of papers on the desks and phone calls going back and forth with contractors. It is not always smooth sailing, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with our outdoor work. But we keep at it. 577005 is our pin code and we are pretty easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. Most of the time we are out at the sites checking on how things are moving along. Davangere is growing quite a bit these days and there is always something new happening on the next street over. We like being part of that growth. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we work late when a deadline is coming up. We just try to do an honest job and keep the projects moving forward.
