Out here in Bhagath Singh Nagar, specifically at 681/11 on 1st Main 1st Cross, we’ve got our setup. Davangere is a busy place, and this little corner of Karnataka keeps us on our toes. We use a Rediffmail account mostly, Syed.Munna@Rediffmail.Com, if anyone needs to get a message through without coming by in person. The office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we handle the construction and industry side of things. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and a lot of maps and charts pinned to the walls. The traffic outside can get loud, especially near the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The area around here is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk or wait for it to come back. It’s just how things go around here. We don’t really do big meetings; it’s mostly just us figuring things out as we go. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the middle of the residential block. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we like it. The local tea seller knows us well by now too and stops by occasionally.
