Bagadhi Foods Private Limited

We are based at Plot # 17 in the KIADB Hanagawadi Industrial Area. It’s located in Harihara Taluk. Working in an industrial area is a bit different from being in the middle of a city. Bagadhi Foods Private Limited is surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It gets pretty hot out here during the summer months in Karnataka. Our setup is very functional. We have the space we need for the food operations and a small area for the office work. There isn't any fluff. We don't have a corporate lounge or anything like that. It’s just about getting the product ready and shipped out. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but we’ve got a good routine going. We see the same faces every morning at the gates. It is a lot of hard work and physical labor sometimes. We don’t spend much time sitting around talking. There is always something that needs to be moved or checked. The dust from the industrial area is a constant battle, but you just keep cleaning and moving on. We take pride in just being a solid local employer in the Harihara region. We aren't flashy people. We wear boots and work clothes most days because that’s what the job requires. It’s a plain, straightforward life at Plot 17, and we are fine with that. It is just how things go for us.
