Ultratech Cement

We are located at Door No 45 in Shekarappa Badavani, which is part of the Avergere area in Davanagere. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but for us, it’s just 2nd Cross. This is more of a residential neighborhood than a big commercial hub. We work out of this spot and handle the supply for this part of town. Since we are in a residential area, we have to be careful about the noise when the trucks come in to unload. We don’t want to bother the neighbors too much. Mahanthesh and the rest of us stay on top of the orders that come through every morning. Davanagere can get pretty warm, so we usually try to get the heavy work done before the sun is directly overhead. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a full stock, but we’ve learned how to maneuver around the bags. Most people who come here are from the nearby streets. They might be adding a room to their house or fixing a wall. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth in the neighborhood is usually how people find out we are here. It is a quiet way to run a business. We keep our notebooks updated and make sure the deliveries go out to the right houses. It's honest work and we've been doing it like this for quite some time now. We just handle the bags, count the stock, and talk to the folks.
