We’re based out in G.G. Halli in Davanagere. It’s a local office that handles our development interests in this particular part of Karnataka. We have the equipment we need to stay organized, but we don't spend any money on things that we don't actually use. Mostly, the day is filled with checking on construction progress and talking to the folks working on the sites. It’s a lot of practical management and problem-solving. We have a small staff here who all live nearby, so we know the local area and the people pretty well. It really helps when we’re trying to figure out local rules or finding where to get the right materials. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the job day by day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets a bit slow, but we just work around those issues. That’s just part of being in this location. We’ve been working from this G.G. Halli spot for a while now. It serves its purpose as a hub for our activities here.
