Shree Bhagheerath Vidya Samste

Shree Bhagheerath Vidya Samste is located in the H K Complex in Nittuvalli. Davangere is a busy city and Nittuvalli has its own pace. We are right in the middle of it. The school is not very large but it is full of life every day. We have been working from this building for quite some time now. You can see the kids playing in the small spaces we have during their breaks. The teachers here are mostly from this part of town. They walk or take their scooters to work just like everyone else. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment. We use what we have to help the kids understand their lessons. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise but we don't mind. Life in a complex can be a bit cramped sometimes but it works for us. We know the parents well. They come by to talk about how their kids are doing. There are no long formal meetings. It is mostly just quick chats at the gate or in the hallway. We focus on the books and making sure the children attend regularly. Davangere is known for its food and its schools, and we are just one of the many small places trying to do our bit. We don't make big promises. We just open the doors every morning and do our jobs. That is how things have always been here for us.
