Shimoga Children Hospital

We are located on Savalangs Road, right opposite the Karnataka Bank. It is a busy street, but the bank is a good landmark for finding us. Shimoga Children Hospital is where we spend all our time. Since it is a place for kids, things can get pretty noisy and messy. We have some toys scattered around the waiting room, and there is usually a child crying or laughing somewhere in the building. It is not a quiet, sterile environment like some adult hospitals. We have marks on the walls from strollers and kids running around. The staff here are used to the chaos. We deal with fevers, scraped knees, and all the usual things that happen with children. We have been on Savalangs Road for a good while, so most parents in the area know where to bring their little ones. The building itself is older, and the paint might be peeling a bit in the corners, but it is a functional space. We do not have a big corporate board or fancy brochures. We just talk to the parents, check the kids, and do our best. Sometimes the waiting time is a bit long because an emergency came in, but people are generally patient. It is a community hospital for the kids of Shimoga, and we just keep doing our work every day without much fanfare. We try to keep things friendly and easy for the families.
