Mcgann District Hospital, Sims

This hospital is located right in the Mission Compound, and it's a place that stays busy pretty much all the time. It’s the Mcgann District Hospital, part of Sims, and if you’ve lived around here long, you probably know where it is. It’s a big building with lots of hallways and different departments spread out. It isn't the newest place, and you can tell by looking at the walls and the floors that it’s seen a lot of use over the years. There are always people coming and going, families waiting in the corridors, and staff rushing around in scrubs. We don't have fancy lobbies or private suites. It’s a public facility, so things are practical and built to handle a lot of people every day. Sometimes the wait times are long, and the benches in the waiting areas get pretty crowded. That’s just the reality of a district hospital. The Mission Compound is a central spot, so getting here isn't too difficult, but parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We have doctors and nurses working shifts around the clock. It’s a noisy, hectic environment most days, but it's where the work gets done. We try to keep things organized as much as possible, even when it feels like a lot is happening at once. It’s a vital part of the area, even if it feels a bit worn down in places.
