People around here mostly know us for being on Chetana Hotel Road. It’s a busy stretch in PJ Extension and we’ve been operating out of number 64 for quite some time now. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to the people who drop by. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the neighborhood or builders working on projects nearby. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the road gets really crowded with traffic from the hotel, but that is just how it is around here. We handle a lot of different things, mostly stuff people need for their homes or small construction jobs. It is hard work and the shop gets a bit dusty, but we like the routine. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. Usually, one of us is out front helping a customer while the other is in the back moving boxes. It’s a simple way to make a living. We know most of our customers by name and they know where to find us if they need something specific. There is always tea being passed around in the afternoon. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving along without too much fuss.
