Our office is called Nethra Sadana, located at 782/B-6 on the 9th Cross in Shrinivasa Nagara. We are quite close to the I.T.I College here in Davangere. If you are from around here, you know the neighborhood well. Kap(India) Constructions And Projects Pvt.Ltd. operates from this building. It is a local place, and we are local people. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most people just know us from seeing our name around or by visiting the office near the college. The 9th Cross is usually busy with students and residents, and we are right in the middle of it. Inside Nethra Sadana, it is mostly just us working through project files and talking to site supervisors. It is a practical setup with old desks and the usual office clutter. We focus on getting projects done in and around Davangere. Sometimes the monsoon makes the roads a mess, or we have issues getting parts, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do good work from our base here in Shrinivasa Nagara. We drink a lot of tea, talk to the neighbors, and keep our heads down. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We like the fact that people know our faces when we go out. It feels right to be a part of the local community here in this corner of the city.
