Hulmani Constructions

I am Syed Sadathulla, and I run Hulmani Constructions here in the Harihar area. We are set up at 1st Main on the 10th Cross in the J C Extension. My father, Nizamuddin, was involved in this too, and we have been part of the Davangere district for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent dealing with local building projects and making sure the work gets done right. It is not a big corporate office with fancy furniture, just a practical place where we keep our tools and meet with people who need things built. We know the ground here in Karnataka well, and we understand what the local weather does to buildings. I usually spend my mornings out on the sites checking on the progress and my afternoons back here handling the paperwork. We do not do much advertising because most people just find us through word of mouth or see our sign when they walk past the extension. It is honest work, mostly concrete and bricks, and we try to keep things simple. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to beat the rain or finish a wall. We have a small crew of guys from the neighborhood who help out. We just focus on the job at hand without making a big fuss about it. If you need a builder who knows the local area, we are usually around.
