Gomatha Rescue Foundation

You can find us over on Siddalingappa Road in Davanagere. Our place is 678/679 in the Bale Holada area. It’s not in the middle of a big city center, which is fine by us. We like the space we have here. It’s a bit more open and less crowded than some other places. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The foundation is run by a few of us who really care about what we’re doing. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website team. Usually, if something needs to be written, one of us just sits down and does it. The building is a simple one, nothing fancy to look at from the street. We spend our days handling the various tasks that come up. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our feet. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are because we’ve been here so long. We don't bother with corporate talk or trying to sound like a big institution. We’re just locals doing our bit. If you’re ever out by Bale Holada, you might see us around the gate. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but there is always plenty to do at the foundation. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving in the right direction.
