Alhussain Pepper Store

Our store is located at 3-2-157 on MG Road in Kadur. It’s a busy street, and we’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people walking by. Alhussain Pepper Store isn’t anything fancy. It’s mostly just shelves full of bags and the smell of spices in the air. We spend most of our time weighing things out and talking to the regulars who come in. The building itself is older, with a heavy door that sticks a bit in the rainy season. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, working behind the counter and making sure the stock is fresh. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we just take them one by one. MG Road always has something happening, so there is never a dull moment at the shop. We keep our records in a big ledger and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a simple life running a shop in Kadur. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get ready for the day. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain conversation about what we have in stock. We’ve been at 3-2-157 for years and it feels like part of the neighborhood now. People just stop in to say hello even if they aren't buying anything.
