Shree Gopal Parasar Kirana Store

You can find us located at the Anaj Mandi near the Sikandra Chouraha, right on the Bandhari Rajwas Road. This is a traditional kirana store, so we sell all the basic grocery items that people need for their daily cooking. Since our shop is right near the grain market, it is almost always busy with farmers and different traders coming and going throughout the day. We stock big bags of wheat flour, different types of pulses, and large sacks of sugar. We also keep smaller things like ground spices, cooking oils, and those packaged snacks that the local kids always want. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the big trucks passing by on the main road outside, but we try our best to keep all the food items covered up and clean for the customers. I usually start the day very early, around the same time the mandi opens up for business. It involves a lot of weighing things out on the scale and packing them into bags. My family lives close by, so someone is usually around to help me out if there is a big rush of people. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, which makes moving the stock a bit difficult. We have a small wooden bench outside where people sit and chat while they wait for their groceries. We know most of the people who pass through this way every day.
