Karmawati Colonizers Private Limited

We're based out of House 1458 in Parashar Colony. It’s right on Tehsil Road in Mahuwa. If you know Mandir Mohalla, you know exactly where we are. It’s a quiet enough spot most mornings until the traffic picks up. We’ve been operating Karmawati Colonizers Private Limited from this house for a bit. It’s easier than renting some big glass building that nobody wants to visit. Here, people just walk in. The office is basically the front room. We have some chairs and a big table where we look at site plans. Dausa can get really hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We mostly deal with land and colonization projects around this district. It involves a lot of driving out to see sites and then coming back to file reports. My brother helps out with the accounts, and we have a boy who runs errands. It’s a family-style setup, really. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. Word of mouth works better in a place like Mahuwa anyway. People know the family name and where to find us on Tehsil Road. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when the power goes out. You see everyone passing by. It’s a good way to keep track of what’s happening in the colony. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s steady and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. It's a simple life.
