Jaiman Pharma

Jaiman Pharma is over in Sikandra. It’s one of those places where everyone kind of knows where everything is already. We don’t have a very long address because Sikandra is the kind of town where you just find your way around by landmarks. The shop is tucked into a spot where we get a bit of shade in the late afternoon, which we appreciate. We spend our mornings checking the boxes that come in and making sure the dates are all correct on the bottles. It isn't the most exciting work, but it needs doing. We’ve got a few old wooden shelves and some newer plastic ones we added last year when we ran out of space. The floor is a bit worn in places from people coming in and out, but that just shows we’ve been here a while. We don’t use any big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a local pharmacy in Sikandra. Most days we talk about the weather or how the local crops are doing with whoever comes through the door. It feels like a community here. We stay open late enough for the people coming back from the city or the fields. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and being here day after day for whoever happens to stop by.
