Gunkaari Dairy Private Limited

Our dairy is tucked away in Jaal Walo Ki Dhani. It’s part of Didwana in the Lalsot Tehsil. If you’re familiar with the Dausa district, you know these small settlements are where the real work happens. Gunkaari Dairy is just a small operation. We handle the local milk supply. We know everyone's name and whose buffalo is producing the most milk this week. It’s a simple life. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. Some days the power cuts out and we have to scramble, but we always figure it out. Lalsot is a nice place, even if it gets incredibly dusty in the dry season. We started this because we wanted to stay in our hometown and do something useful. Our office, if you can call it that, is just a room with some registers and a phone. We don’t have a fancy logo or a big sales team. We just focus on the daily deliveries. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. That’s all we really need at the end of the day. We are just part of the village.
