Dcm Shri Indus Ltd is located out in Meerut, specifically at the Daurala Organics site on the Main Road. It’s a fairly large area because of the nature of the work. Being on the Main Road makes it easy for the trucks and workers to get in and out. Meerut is a busy city, but out here, it’s a bit more industrial. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while. It’s a solid, practical setup. There are no glass walls or designer furniture in the office. It’s mostly concrete and functional spaces. We deal with organics, which means there’s always something going on in the production areas. The smell of the work is something you get used to pretty quickly. Most of our staff have been here for years. They know the machines and the routines inside out. We don't really do the corporate PR stuff. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished. The weather can be a bit harsh during the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or how the commute was. It’s just a regular workplace. We don't try to dress it up. If you drive down the Main Road in Daurala, you’ll see us. It’s a big part of the landscape around here. We just do our part and keep the facility running every day.
