Our place is located right on the Pune Solapur Road, specifically at Plot No. 196 and 199. Being on National Highway No-9 means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside, which we’ve grown used to. It’s a big site, and we spend most of our hours here dealing with the technical side of the machinery and equipment. There is a lot of space for the stuff we handle, which is lucky because some of these parts are quite large. The sun can get pretty hot out here on the highway, but the workshop stays relatively cool. We usually have a lot of parts moving in and out every day. The crew knows the routine by heart now. We aren't really the type to sit around and talk much; there is always something that needs checking or a machine that needs attention. It’s a practical environment. We make sure the maintenance and tech work are up to the mark because that’s what keeps the customers coming back. The trucks passing by shake the windows a bit, but we don't even notice it anymore. We keep some basic tools handy at all times because you never know when something will need a quick adjustment. Our space is mostly for the equipment and parts, not for sitting around. We have a small table for our logs and paperwork, but that's about it. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the monsoon when the rain hits the roof loud.
