M/S Vbpltd,New Delhi

Even though the company name mentions New Delhi, a lot of our actual ground coordination happens down in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. We are located at 55, Pakodia Maha Dev. My father is Shri Madan Mohan Pandey, and this has been our family’s connection point for a long time. Working for M/S Vbpltd involves a lot of back and forth between the big city and our local area here in M.P. Datia is a smaller place, so everyone knows everyone. Our office isn't anything like those glass buildings in Delhi. It’s a simple setup where we keep our records and talk to people from the community. We deal with various aspects of the business, mostly making sure things are moving as they should on the local level. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes travel difficult, but we stay on top of things. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just people working hard to make sure the business stays solid. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting with people who drop by the house. It’s a mix of personal life and work, which is common around here. We’ve been at the Pakodia Maha Dev location for years. It’s home and it’s work. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as helpful as possible to our partners.
