Baglamukhi Devcon Developers is run by Deepak Sachdeva and we are set up in Ward No. 36 on Jhansi Road. You can find us pretty easily because we are right near Bhartiyam Vidhya Peeth here in Datia. Being close to the school means there's always a lot of traffic and kids running around, but it makes the area lively. We work on development projects, which keeps us on our toes from morning until late evening. The office on Jhansi Road is where Deepak handles the main business, and it’s usually piled up with blueprints and different permits we need for the work. Datia is a growing place, and we’re just happy to be part of the changes happening around Ward 36. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and meeting people who want to see what we’re building next. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the different crews, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't some big city firm with shiny glass windows; we’re just local developers who know the roads and the people in this part of MP. If you drop by, you might catch us in the middle of a meeting, or maybe just having a break. It's a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way without too much fuss.
