We are located in Dasuya, specifically at House Number 11 in Ward Number 4. If you know where the Municipal Council Office is, we are right across from there. It’s a pretty central spot in this part of Hoshiarpur. The office is actually part of a house, which gives it a more relaxed feel than those big office blocks you see in the bigger cities. We’ve been here for a good while, helping out people from the town and the surrounding villages. It’s mostly just me and a small staff. We keep things pretty informal. You can just walk in and we’ll see if we can help you out. The atmosphere is quiet, though you can hear the street noise from the council office across the way. We spend a lot of time on the computer and going through physical files. There’s always a lot of reading involved in what we do. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on being here and being available. It’s the kind of place where we know many of our clients by their first names. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it’s going to take. It's just a regular local business doing its part. We take our time to make sure things are right and we don't rush through the details. Most days are steady and we like the routine of it.
