We are located right on N.T. Road in Kharupetia, inside the building owned by Shahinur Alom. It is a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. The office is pretty small, honestly. We have a few desks squeezed in there and some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It’s not a very big operation, just a handful of us trying to keep things organized. Usually, the morning starts with sweeping the floor and getting the records ready. Since we are on the main road, people often pop their heads in just to ask for directions or see what we are doing. We don't mind much. It gets dusty because of the traffic outside, so we are always wiping down the tables. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay on top of the math. It’s mostly just routine stuff day in and day out. Sometimes when it rains, the roof makes a lot of noise, and we have to talk a bit louder. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights, just a simple place where work gets done. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a rickshaw to get here. It’s a plain office for plain work, and that seems to suit everyone just fine. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay helpful. There is a tea stall nearby where we get our lunch usually.
