Our office is in the Krishna Complex, which is located at 2nd Mile in Salugara. This part of Siliguri is a bit different from the main market area, being a bit further out on the way towards the hills. The complex is a familiar spot for people living around here. We handle travel plans for families and individuals who are looking to get away for a bit. It is a simple setup on the second floor. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. It’s more like sitting in someone’s living room and talking about where you want to go. We spend most of our time on the phone, checking on hotel availability or talking to transport guys. Salugara is a growing area, and being at 2nd Mile means we are in a good position for people driving through. We don't go in for big advertisements or catchy slogans. We just try to be practical and tell people the truth about the places they want to visit. The office gets a bit messy with paperwork, especially during the peak season when everyone decides to travel at once. We've been at this for some time now, and we've learned that things rarely go perfectly, so we just try to stay prepared. It’s just us working out of a shop in a complex, doing what we know how to do. We keep things straightforward and local, just like the neighborhood we are in.
