Subham Traders

Our place, Subham Traders, is located right in Ward 32 of Siliguri, which is near the Salugarah area. If you know the Vega Circle Mall, we are basically just around the corner from there. Being so close to the mall means there’s always people walking around and plenty of noise from the main road. The shop is tucked away a bit but we like it that way because it gives us some space to organize the inventory without getting in everyone's way. We spend a lot of our time checking boxes and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. It’s not a very big operation, just a local business trying to keep up with the daily tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the computer is a bit slow on Monday mornings, but it does the job for us. We mostly focus on getting things done rather than talking about it. Most of the people who come by are locals from Siliguri or people passing through on their way further north. We have a small table in the back where we take our lunch breaks, usually while listening to the traffic outside. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a lot of work keeping things running, but we have a good routine down after all these years of being here. We just handle the orders and try to stay on top of the paperwork without making any big fuss.
