Subhaakritee

We are set up on the third floor of the Metro Tower over on Bamkimchandra Road. It’s a busy part of Hakim Para, so there is always some noise from the street coming up through the windows. Subhaakritee is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of samples. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It’s not the most modern place, but it gets the job done for us. You’ll usually see us moving around between the workstations or trying to find a specific file in the cabinets. We don't have a fancy waiting area with a TV or anything like that. Just some chairs for when people come to talk about their houses or shops. The traffic on Bamkimchandra Road can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to time our site visits for the early morning. It’s a straightforward operation here. We deal with a lot of local residents and shop owners from around the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a bit messy at times with all the fabric swatches and wood chips lying around, but we manage. If you’re looking for the Metro Tower, it’s pretty easy to spot from the main road. Just head up to the third floor and look for our door. We’re usually there until late most days, working through the pile of drawings on our desks.
