We are located at B-5 in the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Market on Hill Cart Road. If you know where the old Biswadeep Cinema is, we are just right across from it. Hill Cart Road is one of the main veins of Siliguri, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We run a travel company from this small space. It's a modest office where we spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and train timings. We don't have any shiny brochures or big sales pitches. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a way to get to their destination without a headache. We sit at our desks, drink our tea, and try to make those connections happen. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when the internet is slow or a booking gets cancelled by the airline. But we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the bumps in the road. The office can get a bit noisy because of the buses and rickshaws on Hill Cart Road, but we like the energy. We aren't a giant company with a huge staff; it’s just a few of us making sure things work out for our clients. We stay open until the evening and then head home like everyone else. It’s a decent life and we’re happy to be part of the local community.
