R.Kumar Constructions & Realtors LLP operates out of the Mangalyan Building here in Siliguri. You can find us at Flat No. B, right on Pranami Mandir Road. We share the space with Sanjay Agarwal. It’s a busy part of town, which works out well for us. Real estate and building stuff keep us on our toes. Siliguri is growing fast, so there is always some new project starting or an old one needing attention. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular flat where we keep our papers and meet people. We've seen a lot of changes in the Darjiling area over the years. Some people come to us looking for a place to live, others want to build something from scratch. We try to help out where we can. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or the weather, but we stay at it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal, just a reliable one for the people around here. If you walk down Pranami Mandir Road, you'll probably see us coming and going. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual building work. It's mostly about knowing the local land and how things get done in this part of the country. We've been at it for a bit now and know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We just take it day by day.
