Rainbow Tour & Travels

Rainbow Tour & Travels is located in Mahananda Para. We are on Navin Sen Road, which is a place most locals in Siliguri know well. Our office is tucked behind another building, so you have to look for the sign carefully when you walk down the street. We spend most of our time here talking to people about their holiday plans. Most folks want to go up to the mountains, so we arrange cars and drivers for them. It is a small place, just a few desks and some files everywhere. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local routes and the hotels nearby. We try to keep things simple. If you need a vehicle for a few days, we can usually find something that works. The weather in Siliguri can get quite hot, so we have a fan running all day while we check the schedules. We don't use any complicated systems, just regular notebooks and the phone to call the drivers. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage to get the bookings done eventually. People stop by after shopping in the market sometimes. We are just a local business trying to help people move around this part of West Bengal. It is honest work and we like meeting different people who come through Navin Sen Road. It gets busy during the vacation season, but we just take it one day at a time.
