Priya Diya Travels is located right at the Bihar Bus Stand on Hill Cart Road in Pradhan Nagar. Since we are at the bus stand, it is a very hectic place to be. There are buses coming in and leaving at all hours, and the noise from the engines and the crowds is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We handle travel bookings and help people who are looking for ways to get to their next stop. Our office is more of a functional spot than a comfortable one. It is small and usually filled with the sound of the street. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just provide a service to the people who are already at the bus stand and need help with their tickets or car rentals. It can be quite stressful when buses are late or when the weather turns bad, but we just try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so we know the bus schedules by heart. People come to us because we are right there where they need us. It’s a very straightforward business with no frills. We don’t use any corporate language because that’s not who we are. We are just here to help travelers get where they are going. We stay open as long as the buses are running and keep things simple.
