Pharmacopoeia

We are located on the ground floor of a building on Hill Cart Road right in the Pradhan Nagar area of Siliguri. If you know where the Biswadweep Cinema is, we are just right beside it. It is a very busy spot with people coming and going for movies or just traveling through the city. Our shop is full of shelves from top to bottom because we try to keep as many different medicines as possible. It can be a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. The floor is old tile and the lights hum a little bit but it is home to us. We spend a lot of time checking dates on boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the racks. Hill Cart Road is never really quiet so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background while we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a couple of us behind the counter handing out prescriptions and counting change. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a day if something is coming on the next truck. We see all sorts of people here from students to the elderly folks who have lived in Siliguri their whole lives. It is just a regular pharmacy doing what pharmacies do. We stay open pretty late most nights to make sure we are around.
