Our office is tucked away in Pradhan Nagar, specifically on Nivedita Road in Ward No. 2. It is an old residential area that has seen a lot of changes over the years. The address is H/257/3/1/376, which sounds a bit complicated if you are trying to find it for the first time, but locals know the way. We deal with land and houses around Siliguri and the nearby hills. It is mostly us sitting around the office, answering phones and meeting people who want to buy or sell something. There is no big marketing team here, just a few of us who know the local neighborhoods well. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, walking around sites or meeting people at their homes. The real estate business in Siliguri is always moving, so there is never a dull day. We keep our files organized as much as we can, but sometimes the desk gets buried under paperwork.
