Joy Ram Tours & Travels is based in the N R Sector Building. We are inside Bidhan Market, which is one of the busiest places in Siliguri. Our shop is near Nolina Studio. If you walk into the market, it can be a bit like a maze, but we have been here a long time so most people can point you the right way. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans around West Bengal and the neighboring states. It is a small office, mostly filled with files and the sound of the market outside. We handle car rentals and we also help with booking rooms in different towns. We are just a local team. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to help them get a fair deal for their transport. Sometimes we have tea with the other shop owners nearby while we wait for customers. The market is very lively, and we like being in the middle of it. We know the local drivers well, and they often stop by to check for work. It is a very hands-on way of doing business. We don't use many computers, mostly just pen and paper and our mobile phones. It works for us and the people who visit us in Bidhan Market.
