We are set up in the Thubasang Building on Junior High School Road. This is the Tldp Stage 4 area in Salugara, West Bengal. If you are looking for us, we are right there near the school, so it gets pretty lively when the kids are heading home. The building itself is sturdy and does the job for what we need. We handle a lot of the technical side for Hindustan Construction Company Ltd from this office. Since it is the Stage 4 project, there is always a lot of documentation and coordination needed. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. We have wooden desks, old filing cabinets, and probably too many stacks of paper on every surface. The Salugara weather can be a bit unpredictable, but we keep the office running regardless. Most of the staff here have been with the company for a while, so we know how things work. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just focus on the engineering and the physical building of things. When you walk in, you’ll likely see someone looking over a blueprint or arguing over a delivery schedule. It’s a real working environment. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s just a group of engineers and clerks making sure the project moves forward one day at a time. It’s a good community to be a part of here in West Bengal.
