Help Tourism

Help Tourism is located on Military Road, right in Sharatnagar. We are in the Shivmandir post office area, which is part of New Rangia in the Darjeeling district. Our pin code is 734013. This part of West Bengal is where we do all our work. It is a bit of a drive to get here sometimes depending on the road conditions. We spend a lot of time talking about trips and looking at maps. It is not a flashy office, just a place where we sit and figure things out. The staff here knows the local area quite well because we live nearby. We get a lot of rainy days here being in Darjeeling. You can find us pretty easily if you follow the road toward the military area. We have been operating from this spot for a good while. The neighbors are nice and it is a quiet enough place to get work done. We handle a lot of logistics for people coming through the region. It is mostly just answering phones and writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of tea. We try to keep things organized but it gets hectic during the busy seasons. Most of the time it is just us working through the list of things to do for the next day. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the vehicles and guides are ready. It takes a lot of coordination but we enjoy the rhythm of it.
