Harsh India Travels

Harsh India Travels is a small travel office on Nivedita Road in Pradhan Nagar. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big staff. It is usually just us at our desks, answering the phone and trying to get travel schedules sorted for people. Nivedita Road can be quite busy, so there is always the sound of horns and people walking by outside. We handle various travel needs, mostly helping people get around the region or booking their transport for holidays. We’ve lived in Siliguri for a long time, so we understand how the roads up to the hills can be unpredictable depending on the season. We try to be honest with everyone about travel times and costs. There isn't any corporate polish here. We just write things down in our registers and use the computer when we need to. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People mostly find us because they live in Pradhan Nagar or they were told about us by a friend. It’s just a normal way to run a business. We show up every day, take the calls, and try to get the bookings right. It’s hard work sometimes, but it’s what we do and it keeps us going.
