Green Valley Tour & Travels

Green Valley Tour & Travels has its office at B/2 in the Cooperative Super Market. We are located in Pradhan Nagar, directly across from the Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus. This is a very busy part of Siliguri because so many people arrive here by bus from all over. Our office isn't very large, and the Cooperative Super Market is an older building, so it has a certain character to it. We mainly focus on organizing tours and making travel arrangements for people visiting the area. Being right across from the bus terminus means we get a lot of walk-in customers who have just arrived and need to figure out where to go next. We don't have a fancy, polished look. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and a computer. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with hotels and drivers. Sometimes the market can be a bit messy, and the traffic outside is always a challenge, but we like being where the action is. We don't use any promotional talk or big promises. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are. We’ve been running this travel desk for a while and have seen many people pass through. It is just a regular local business, and we try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone. We take our breaks when it's quiet and work through the busy times.
