Our spot is tucked away behind the City Mall in Siliguri, right on Shivmandir Road in Punjabipara. If you find the Upkar Medical Shop, we are just opposite that, sharing space with Aar Bee Enterprise. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the mall traffic right there. We work on various infra projects around Darjiling and the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of running around, really. Siliguri is a hub, so there is always something going on. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Most of the time, the place is empty because we’re all out at project sites. We don't use fancy titles or wear suits. Usually, it's just jeans and boots because of the mud and dust. It’s a practical way to work. Dealing with the hills and the changing weather here can be tricky, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its part. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something. We try to stay focused on the tasks at hand and not get too distracted by the noise of the city. It’s a decent living, and we like being part of the local community. There is always a lot to do before the sun goes down.
