Chs Home Health Care

We are tucked behind Vishal Cinema on Sevoke Road in Siliguri. The area is called Upper Bhanu Nagar, and our building is named Green View. It’s a decent spot, away from the worst of the main road traffic but still close enough to get everywhere. Since we do home health care, our staff is often out and about in Siliguri. The office itself is where we keep all the records and where the nurses and aides come to check in. It’s a simple office with some chairs and a few cupboards for supplies. We don't have a lot of frills. Siliguri weather can be unpredictable, so we often have umbrellas drying by the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating visits. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important. We’ve been in Green View for a while now. The neighbors know us. We don't do much in the way of promotion; mostly people hear about us from someone else. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. When the cinema has a big movie playing, the street gets really packed, but usually, it’s just the normal flow of people. We keep things straightforward. No big mission statements, just a group of people doing their jobs day in and day out. Sometimes we stay until late evening getting the schedules right for the next morning. It is just the way we operate.
