We are based out of Panighata More in Upper Bagdogra. It’s a busy intersection where there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the vehicles passing through. Being in Bagdogra, we are quite close to the airport, so we deal with a lot of people who have just landed and are trying to figure out their next move. The office is just a simple room at the More. We don't have any polished marketing or a big team in suits. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting here, taking calls and talking to the drivers who park nearby. The area of Upper Bagdogra is a bit away from the main Siliguri city center, but it’s a vital spot for anyone heading towards the hills or the border. We spend our time arranging vehicles and making sure the timings work out. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing when a flight lands. We don’t have fancy brochures; we just know the routes and the rates. It can get pretty hot here in the summer, and the fans are always humming in the background. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know most of the people around Panighata More. It’s just a local business trying to help travelers navigate this part of North Bengal. Nothing more and nothing less. We just open the shop, drink some tea, and get to work every morning.
