Bhadani Airways Tours & Travels is located in Ganga Apartment, right on Mangal Pandey Road. If you know Siliguri Bazar, you probably know where we are, especially since we are quite close to Ashirbad Nursing Home. People often use that as a landmark when they are looking for us. Our office is a basic space where we handle travel bookings, mostly for flights and local trips around the area. It is usually quite busy outside with the bazar traffic, so it can get pretty loud during the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the computer for ticket prices. Sometimes the internet acts up and it makes the whole process a bit slow, which can be annoying when a customer is waiting. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just sit here and try to figure out the way to get people from one place to another. Dealing with travel can be tricky because things like flight delays happen, and we have to explain that to folks. We've been in this part of Siliguri for a while now. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a straightforward way to book their travel without a lot of hassle. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just some chairs for when people need to sit down and wait for their paperwork. It is just a regular job for us and we stay until late.
